Marilyn stepped out onto the green field. It felt like it had been forever since she had been here. She smiled as a light wind brushed her hair, blowing it shyly in the wind. She really hadn't gotten any peaceful moments lately, she sighed as she continued to walk to the center of the field. This was the one place you could find her when she wanted to think, and she was quite sure that no one knew that. Atleast, if someone did know that she sure as heck didn't know about it. Marilyn's outfit wasn't exactly perfect for sitting in the middle of the football field, she was wearing a miniskirt with a top from Wet Seal, with her high heels her mom bought her over spring break last year. She ignored her wardrobe malfunction, the only thing she had done right today was she had her headband on. She went no where without her classy headbands, she had one of every color and design. It was her signiture, it made her look what it was. Marilyn knew that no one was really allowed out here during lunch, she just kind of snuck around all the teachers so she could be here. Marilyn was in no mood to socialize. Yes, it was quite surprising, and Marilyn herself could hardly believe the thought, but it was true. The girls she spoke with at lunch were not the kind of people you wanted to be around all the time. It wasn't that they weren't good friends for Marilyn, sure I guess you could say they were the right type of people for her, but sometimes if you're friend is feeling down you should really at least ask what was wrong. But I suppose that Marilyn too was guilty of that. She knew of a few times she should have said something to Jenny, and never did. She knew that Jenny was her only true friend, the question was, could Jenny turn around and say the same thing about Marilyn? She was supposed to be her best friend and she never cared, or at least it never seemed like she did. She tried not to think about how Jenny had a lot of feelings for Brandon Lockheart, she didn't know how she could seriously feel that way about him but maybe she needed to give him a chance... But we all know that'll never happen.
Marilyn stopped at the center, sitting down with her legs straight out and her arms behind her to hold herself up. She felt the sun warm her legs, this atmosphere made every problem go away, except the one reason she was here. Jack was her boyfriend, how could she be questioning her love? It was completely crazy and stupid. More stupid than anything though. But then she looked at the facts, she didn't think that there was another girl that Levi was more close to. But, that of course could have something to do with the fact that she was dating his best friend. She closed her eyes, what was the point anyway? Yeah, she was falling harder and harder for Levi everyday, sure. But where was Jack in this picture? She thought of Ella, Jack's sister, who seemed like a sister to her now. She hadn't really thought of the cost, she would lose a lot of friends if her and Jack stopped dating. And Levi would most likely be one of them. He wouldn't want to talk to her if she hurt his best friend in such a way like that. She forced a smile onto her face as the sun continued to dance on her skin, here she was peaceful, she was no one. There was no way to mess up. She opened her eyes and glared forward, letting the smile fade away. There was nothing she could do about her misfortune in drama. At least there was nothing that she could think of to do. She was really falling in love with, and it's hard for me to even choke out this name, Levi Royce...
